I need help...I am in desperate need of a "working student". For those of you who may not be familiar - that means someone who works for a trainer in exchange for lessons/training/experience. You could also call this person an apprentice. There is no pay, instead it is a trade situation. I would love it if the person would have some experience, but I have been known to take on those who do not.

I have strong references and offer a great opportunity to someone of any age. Youngest would probably be 13 (or a mature 12?). I have had some people take this opportunity at the age of 40 something as well. No limit really.

I have several of my own horses and several in training. I need help grooming, tacking up, lunging, and some riding (mostly my own horses).

Twice now I have brought beginners along who have gone on to get paid positions riding for someone. I cannot afford to pay $$, but am proud that these students were able to qualify for such positions...only problem is I am now very low on help!

If you know anyone who may want to take this opportunity, I would greatly appreciate a referral. I need help during the week, but could also use some on weekends if that is the only time the person would be available.
